National Family Day is Monday, February 16th! This is mainly a Canadian holiday, but there is no reason why one should not take the opportunity to honor their family during this time. It's a great excuse to do something fun with our loved ones!
Officially there is no federally-established Family Day, although such a date is established by some provinces as a statutory holiday on the third Monday each February thereby coinciding with the US holiday Presidents Day.
Family games are a great way to spend an evening on this day. Order in some pizza or make a bunch of spaghetti with giant meatballs. Pull out those board games like scrabble, monopoly or pictionary...or create your own fun game!
